Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager to lead a Panda store, drive financial goals, and foster exceptional guest experiences. You will hire, train, and supervise associates, manage daily operations, and ensure safety and quality standards.

The role prepares you for future General Manager progression through our leadership training program and certification path, with ongoing development and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food safety: Serve Safe certified.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of a single Panda store and drive financial goals.
• Hire, train, and direct store associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead daily operations, ensure food safety and cleanliness, and maintain staff scheduling.
