Panda Express is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a single Panda restaurant, oversee staffing, guest experience, and financial performance, and drive a strong culture of service and safety.

You will participate in a comprehensive leadership training program, with a clear path toward promotion to General Manager after training completion and certification. Panda supports career growth and a strong team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified for food safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda store, including staffing, training, and performance to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Hire, manage, and direct associates to support store success.
• Participate in leadership development and prepare for advancement within the GM pathway.
