Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Open to a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, supervising, and directing associates to meet financial goals.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and smooth daily operations.
• Lead store leadership training and development, and progress toward GM certification path.
