Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience standards.
• Participate in the General Manager development path and leadership training to prepare for future GM roles.
• Deliver hands-on leadership training and mentorship to store staff.
