Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Store Manager in Hawaii to lead a single Panda Express store, driving financial performance and guest satisfaction. You will hire, coach, and direct team members while advancing through a structured leadership path with ongoing training and development.

The role includes a comprehensive benefits package, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement toward General Manager as you complete the GO100 program and related evaluations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
• ADA Statement: accommodations available during application process.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in leadership development and progression toward GM track.
• Lead through training programs and evaluations to ensure readiness for future roles.
