Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Relocation willingness within 50 miles.
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda store, driving financial performance and guest satisfaction.
• Hire, manage and direct store associates to meet goals and uphold service standards.
• Provide leadership training and mentorship as part of the Store Management Leadership Training program.
