Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move within a 50-mile radius.
• Ability to work opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store and direct associates to meet financial and guest-service goals.
• Hire, train, and develop team members; ensure safety and quality standards.
• Participate in leadership training and GM development pathways.
