You will oversee hiring, training, and directing associates, participate in an 8+ week leadership program, and relocate within 50 miles if needed. Panda offers mentorship and a path for professional growth within a fast-paced, family-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead a leadership training program and mentorship to prepare for success.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety policies.
