We offer an 8+ week Store Management Leadership Training program, mentorship, and support from the Panda community to help you grow professionally and personally. The role requires flexibility to open/close, with evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, and alignment with business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store and lead the store team to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to ensure store success.
• Participate in and complete an 8+ week Store Management Leadership Training program.
