Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager for our El Paso, TX location. You will lead a single store, oversee hiring, training, and performance to achieve financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Food safety knowledge and Serve Safe certification.
• Willingness to relocate within 50 miles from home.
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, training, and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Lead store leadership training and development programs to prepare for success.
