Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager in the El Paso area to lead daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure financial performance. The role includes an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program and mentoring from our Panda community to support your success.

You will be responsible for hiring, coaching and directing store associates, while maintaining food safety standards and a flexible schedule to cover weekends and nearby locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, drive guest satisfaction and financial goals.
• Hire, manage and direct store associates to meet targets.
• Lead a store leadership training program and participate in 8+ weeks of training.
