Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve goals and guest satisfaction.
• Provide leadership training and development for store associates toward future GM opportunities.
• Participate in Panda's 12+ week store leadership training program and complete required evaluations.
• Drive business results while upholding Panda's culture and customer service standards.
