Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced leader to manage a Panda Express store in California. You will oversee operations, drive guest experiences, and lead a team toward financial goals.

The role includes a structured leadership training program designed to prepare you for future General Manager responsibilities. External hires start as Store Managers on the General Manager development path and will complete 12+ weeks of leadership training (GO100) and related evaluations.

Competenze

• Leadership experience or potential is preferred.
• Be flexible to relocate within 50 miles of home.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including openings/closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Mansioni

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, driving guest satisfaction and financial performance.
• Hire, train, and direct store associates to meet goals and uphold Panda's service standards.
• Participate in the leadership development path with extensive training to prepare for future GM roles.
