Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group in the United States is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. As a Store Manager you will oversee a single Panda Express location, hire and direct associates, and drive financial performance while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You’ll participate in a 12+ week leadership training program, with mentorship and a clear path to General Manager. The role provides a robust benefits package and opportunities for growth within the Panda

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move within 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store and manage staff.
• Hire, train, and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest service standards.
• Ensure timely delivery of exceptional guest experiences and compliance with food safety standards.
• Participate in leadership development and GM pathway preparation.
