Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager to lead a Panda Express location. You will be responsible for hiring, coaching, and directing a team to achieve financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The role includes 12+ weeks of leadership training and a clear path toward General Manager along with the company’s development program and benefits. Must be able to work a flexible schedule and travel within 50 miles as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexible to move within 50 miles from home.
• Open to flexible schedules including opening/closing, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda store.
• Hire, manage and direct store associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Prepare for future growth through the GM development path and leadership training.
