Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda store to meet financial and guest service goals.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and participate in our 8+ week Store Leadership Training program.
• Ensure food safety and cleanliness in line with company standards.
