Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express location, including hiring, coaching, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and manage daily store operations to ensure quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are met.
• Coordinate and implement the 8+ week leadership training program to prepare for store management responsibilities.
