Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team at our Federal Way, WA location. You will oversee all aspects of a single store, including hiring, coaching, and directing associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and participate in an 8 or more weeks of store leadership training program.
