You will oversee scheduling, budgeting, merchandising, and customer service while maintaining store standards and policies. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and talent development skills, with flexibility for shifts and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of proven retail leadership experience
• Strong selling experience with the proven ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in attracting, developing and retaining strong talent.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Flexibility with the ability to work opening/closing shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Strong working knowledge of POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the store in key business metrics, sales and profitability.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and develop people.
• Oversee daily operations including scheduling, budgeting, and sales performance.
• Maintain visuals, inventory control, security, HR, and policy compliance.
• Lead and mentor selling standards and performance accountability.
• Communicate performance metrics with the team and identify opportunities for development.
• Establish relationships with mall management and participate in mall events.
