Jockey International is seeking an energetic Assistant Manager for our Woodburn, OR location. You will act as Manager on Duty, providing leadership in sales, customer service, merchandising, and staff development.

The role requires 1–3 years of retail management experience, strong communication, and the ability to recruit, train, and coach a team. Competitive hourly pay with benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of management experience in retail.
• High school degree or equivalent required.
• Strong selling and performance-driven mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to recruit, train and develop staff.
• Flexible to work opening/closing shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations as Manager on Duty to achieve sales and profitability goals.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and develop store associates.
• Oversee merchandising, stock, and visual presentation per brand standards.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive customer service excellence.
• Ensure adherence to store policies, security and cash handling procedures.
