Job summary

You will oversee the operation of a single store, hire and guide staff to achieve financial goals and provide guests with exceptional experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, supervising and directing associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide leadership and ensure the delivery of high-quality service and food safety standards.
• Participate in an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program to prepare for the role.
