Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in the United States. You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, directing associates to meet financial goals and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Provide leadership training and mentorship through the 8+ week leadership program.
• Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences and store performance.
