Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. It's up to you to make your store a success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, coaching and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and store performance.
• Participate in an 8+ week leadership training program to ensure readiness.
