Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager in the United States. You will be responsible for the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, directing associates, and achieving financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to relocate within 50 miles of home.
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to hit financial goals and guest-experience targets.
• Provide 8+ weeks of store leadership training and development to prepare for success.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
