Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Spokane, WA. You will oversee a single store, hire and direct staff, and drive financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences. An 8+ week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• It’s up to you to make your store a success and lead the team with hands-on training and mentorship.
