You will participate in an 8+ week leadership training program designed to develop store leadership skills and prepare you for long-term career growth within the Panda family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
