Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a single Panda Express store in Spokane, WA, overseeing hiring, coaching, and directing associates to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will participate in a 3+ week leadership training program and receive mentorship within our Panda community to support your success. A flexible schedule, including openings and closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store and direct associates to achieve financial goals and ensure guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3+ weeks leadership training program to prepare for success.
• Maintain compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
