Qualifications

• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to hit financial goals and deliver guest experiences.
• You will ensure the store runs smoothly and is a success.
• You will lead a training program to prepare you for leadership responsibilities.
