• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent verbal communication and ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills.

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and participate in leadership development and training programs, with promotion path toward General Manager.
