Responsibilities

• Drive WOW! Customer Service and maintain merchandising, sales productivity, and store appearance.
• Monitor cash flow, inventory, security, and profitability; analyze and reconcile P&L statements.
• Delegate tasks, provide performance feedback, and foster a culture of success.
