Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and supervise personnel.
• Recruit, supervise, schedule, train, and develop store staff.
• Assume store operations duties in the absence of the Commercial Sales Manager.
• Motivate employees to excel and increase productivity.
• Ensure clear, timely communication within the team and with customers.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures and safety protocols.
• Monitor cash flow, inventory, and security to protect store profitability.
• Analyze and reconcile Profit & Loss statements and store performance.
• Delegate merchandising tasks and provide performance feedback.
• Lead WOW! customer service and deliver an outstanding shopping experience.
