Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of retail experience in store or district leadership roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to mentor and develop teams.
• Proven track record of driving sales, managing operations, and reducing shrink.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations to boost sales, control expenses, and minimize shrink and damages (merchandise presentation, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving).
• Recruit, train, develop, and manage a large team of Associates and Assistant Managers; mentor for promotions to Store Manager.
• Develop and implement plans to increase store sales; advise District Manager on merchandise mix, inventory, and demographics.
• Ensure Loss Prevention priorities and compliance with programs to minimize risk and expenses; review reports and conduct audits.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and merchandise presentation; communicate action plans for store initiatives.
