Job summary

7 Leaves Cafe in Orange County, CA seeks a Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations, people leadership, and financial performance. You will shape guest experiences, coach teams, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires hands-on leadership, decision-making, and accountability while delivering consistent service, meeting health and safety standards, and driving growth within the district network.

Qualifications

• Have at least 1 year of customer service or retail management experience.
• Must be able to work at any location in assigned district or county.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to coach and develop team members.
• Customer-first mindset with team well-being and sales focus.
• Willing to learn and accept constructive feedback.
• Ability to manage store operations independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask and maintain service levels at all times.
• Ability to deliver constructive feedback and guide conflict resolution.
• Able to develop and grow future leaders.
• Prolonged standing, stooping, and walking; able to lift at least 45 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Create an enjoyable and welcoming experience for every customer through store operations, staffing, customer satisfaction, product quality, financial performance and team development; increase profitability through staffing and operations.
• Regularly review the store environment and key business indicators to identify obstacles, concerns, and opportunities for improvements; action plans are created to drive success.
• Nurture and coach team members for personal and professional growth, setting and monitoring goals and maintaining a customer-first attitude.
• Provide team members with training and guidance to maintain 7 Leaves Cafe standards.
• Drive sales, increase efficiency, and provide problem-solving to maintain store operations (customer satisfaction, product quality, safety, security, compliance).
• Inspire and encourage a team of dedicated individuals to create a positive impact in their community.
• Collaborates with District Managers to make effective decisions and grow the business and customer base.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
