Qualifications

• At least 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience.
• Ability to work at assigned locations within district or county as needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to lift and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead team through daily operations, hiring, onboarding, and training.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve service issues promptly.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with policies.
• Monitor sales, labor, and inventory to drive performance.
• Provide training and development to team members.
• Support marketing initiatives and local community engagement.
• Prepare reports on sales, labor, and inventory; support leadership with insights.
• Step in for Store Manager during absence and align with district leadership.
