Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools and materials listed in the CSR and ASM job descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage the functions listed in the CSR and ASM job descriptions.
• Ability to use a computer, including analysis of reports, inventory control, cash control, counseling notices, etc.
• A valid driver’s license and transportation to/from bank and corporate meetings.
• Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in English.
• Perform other duties as assigned or delegated by his/her supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, organized and well kept.
• Maintain a professional image among staff and supervisor.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service and maintain site image.
• Apply non-discriminatory management practices in hiring, training, counseling, motivating and separation.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Promote a safe, positive public image within the community.
• Prepare performance appraisals and provide feedback in writing.
• Train employees on customer service, site image and marketing execution.
• Train staff on safety procedures and promote safety awareness.
• Ensure proper communication to all employees and lead regular meetings.
• Organize and maintain site files and manuals.
• Supervise reports, merchandising, pricing and timely completion of required duties.
• Manage cash handling and financial reporting to maximize profits.
• Maintain posters/signs in accessible locations.
