Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff for the use of equipment, tools and materials listed in the CSR/ASM job descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage the CSR/ASM functions.
• Ability to use a computer and analyze reports, inventory control, cash control, counseling notices, etc.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to/from bank and meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, and well kept according to company standards.
• Maintain a professional image among staff and supervisors.
• Schedule employees within company guidelines to maximize customer service and site image.
• Implement non-discriminatory management practices in hiring, training, counseling, motivating and separation of employees.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Prepare timely performance appraisals in writing with constructive feedback.
• Train employees on safety procedures and promote safety awareness.
