Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 2+ years of retail leadership experience preferred.
• Proven track record as Retail Store Manager or similar with sales targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Customer-centric mindset with the ability to create memorable shopping experiences.
• Analytical skills to interpret sales data and manage budgets.
• Flexibility to work weekends/holidays as needed.
• Proficiency in retail management software and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Leadership & Team Management: recruit, train, and develop a motivated team; set goals and provide ongoing feedback.
• Customer Experience: create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Sales & Performance: drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management and promotions.
