Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 2+ years retail leadership strongly preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets and leading a team.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in retail management software and basic computer applications.
