The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations, inspire a high-performance team, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will influence store success and contribute to growth in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and coaching staff, managing inventory and promotions, and ensuring standards across service, compliance, and safety. Must be flexible to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience as Retail Store Manager or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets and leading a team.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Must read and write English clearly to supervise staff and converse with customers.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a motivated team, set goals, and provide ongoing feedback to drive top performance.
• Create an exceptional customer experience by addressing needs and resolving issues.
• Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management and promotions.
• Oversee daily operations including inventory, visual merchandising, and health & safety compliance.
• Manage store budgets and analyze sales data to optimize performance.
