Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–5 years of retail store management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead, motivate and coach a team to meet goals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with store staff and customers.
• Proven ability to manage store operations and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the customer connection and foster relationships with customers.
