Job summary

GPM Investments, Pride brand, seeks a Store Manager - Floater in Springfield, MA. The position is full-time with a minimum $20.00 per hour, open availability, and a 45-hour work week.

You will lead 8–15 teammates across shifts, handle operations, inventory, banking, and customer service, while driving sales and ensuring safety and cleanliness. We offer weekly pay, performance bonuses, a 401(k), PTO/holiday pay, career advancement, and a $1500 sign-on bonus after 6 months in position.

Qualifications

• Open availability to cover any shift, including evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license, access to a personal vehicle and proof of insurance.
• Retail or food management experience preferred.
• Lead by example in all aspects of store operations including cleaning, upselling and frontline service.
• Certification: Food Safety Certification.
• Minimum age 21+.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of store operations, team, and performance.
• Lead and inspire a team of 8-15 employees across all shifts.
• Be the go-to person for coverage and accept any shift.
• Run the register, stock, upsell, clean restrooms, and maintain lot and fuel pumps.
• Coach team to deliver excellent service and upsell promotions.
• Recruit, hire, and train new team members.
• Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising.
• Handle banking and cash deposits.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, food safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Control expenses and labor hours while achieving sales goals.
• Execute company programs and marketing initiatives.
• Cross-train and step in to manage deli or QSR operations when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
