Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store, including staffing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experiences.
• Lead hiring, training and development through our 8+ week Store Management Leadership Training program.
