Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 1 year store/retail management experience or 2 years as ASM/Supervisor
• Must be 18+; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Open availability

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and develop your team to grow with us as a coach and mentor
• Maintain proactive operational excellence to manage expenses, drive sales and promotions, manage orders and inventory, schedule shifts
• Support rollouts of company initiatives and reach store-level goals
• Demonstrate best-in-class customer service when assisting customers
• Stock, clean, operate the cash register, and perform other duties as needed
