Qualifications

• Must have at least one of: a Bachelor's Degree, one year of continuous store or retail management experience, or two years of continuous Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor experience.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop your team to grow with us and act as coach and mentor.
• Maintain operational excellence to manage expenses, drive sales growth, promotions, orders, inventory and scheduling.
• Support rollout of company initiatives and achieve store and district goals.
• Demonstrate best-in-class customer service when assisting customers.
• Stock, clean, operate the cash register and perform additional duties as needed.
