The role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with flexibility to work weekends and holidays. You will collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to recruit, train, and develop staff in a dynamic retail

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Retail Store Manager or similar, with a track record of leading a team.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Customer-focused with ability to deliver outstanding service.
• Ability to analyze sales data and manage budgets.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays.
• Proficient with retail management software and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a motivated team; set goals and provide feedback.
• Create an exceptional customer experience by addressing needs and resolving issues.
• Drive store sales and profitability through merchandising and promotions.
• Oversee inventory, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
