Job summary

TJX Indiana? (Columbia, SC) Marshalls Store 0458 is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high‑volume retail operation. You will drive sales, oversee merchandising, and manage a large team, while maintaining top customer service and loss prevention standards.

You will recruit, mentor, and develop Associates and Assistant Managers, shaping a culture of integrity, teamwork, and continuous improvement in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail experience as a Store or District Manager in dynamic, high‑volume environments.
• Proven ability to manage, develop, and motivate a large team with strong interpersonal skills.
• Leadership focused on collaboration, problem solving, and empowering diverse teams.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; knowledgeable in store operations.
• Experience with customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations to boost sales, control expenses, minimize shrink and damages.
• Recruit, train, develop, and manage a large team of Associates and Assistant Managers.
• Develop and implement plans to increase store sales and optimize inventory and pricing.
• Focus staff on Loss Prevention priorities and ensure program compliance.
• Ensure customers have a positive shopping experience with high standards of service.
• Communicate action plans for store initiatives, set targets and priorities.
