Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 1–2 years of retail work experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for equipment and materials listed in CSR/LSR/SA descriptions.
• Ability to communicate in English (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises 2+ full-time employees.
• Recruits, hires and trains staff to ensure excellent customer service.
• Manages tasks to keep store clean, stocked, organized and in line with company standards.
• Schedules employees to maximize customer service and store image.
• Develops professional relationships with suppliers and handles customer complaints.
• Prepares performance feedback in Workday and conducts regular check-ins.
• Trains staff on safety procedures and cash handling to reduce risk.
• Ensures store files, reports and posters are up to date and accessible.
• Analyzes daily sales and expenses to maximize profits.
