Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team at our Sacramento location. You will staff, train, and develop both full-time and part-time colleagues, while driving sales and upholding brand standards.

You will oversee operations, inventory, payroll, and omni-channel activities, ensuring exceptional customer service and a compelling store experience. Strong leadership and fashion awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of store management or supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to drive results in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
• Attention to detail and multi-tasking capability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all salesfloor and stockroom operations with focus on service.
• Coach staff to demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness.
• Ensure visual displays adhere to brand standards.
• Recruit, hire and train management and non-management associates.
• Plan staffing, scheduling and payroll management.
• Manage inventory, replenishment, stockroom and OMNI Channel operations.
• Analyze reports to inform decisions.
• Protect assets and oversee store maintenance.
• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate Register/POS systems.
• Represent Abercrombie & Fitch’s culture and values.
