You will recruit, train, and coach your team, analyze sales and inventory, and ensure a clean, welcoming store while safeguarding safety and policy compliance.

This role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and to support nearby locations as needed.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of retail leadership (Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Store Manager)
• Strong communication, team-building, and organizational skills
• Basic computer proficiency and reliability in fast-paced settings
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs occasionally
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance (required)
