Majors Management is seeking a Store Manager to lead store operations and a high-performing team. You will drive profitability, manage inventory, recruit staff, and deliver a superior guest experience daily.

You will schedule shifts, develop staff, monitor P&L and trend analysis, and implement plans to boost sales while maintaining labor controls. A hands-on leader who values people and results will thrive here.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year minimum retail management experience required.
• Role requires flexibility in evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be available on call 24/7.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop the team to drive performance.
• Manage employee performance and scheduling.
• Forecast and analyze sales trends and payroll impacts.
• Oversee P&L and inventory management.
• Implement action plans to drive sales opportunities.
• Foster a people-first culture and superior guest service.
• Set clear expectations and monitor results for improvement.
• Coordinate labor to meet guest demand and ensure labor controls.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
